All of our water filtration systems are called Point Of Use (POU). This means that the water line carrying cold tap water from local municipal (city) sources is cut completely in two pieces for the purpose of installing a high-end commercial grade filter. Hey Alice,
I received & installed valves on Monday and they work great. I can't tell you what a problem I had
been trying to order these from the manufacturer of my water cooler. I've been getting lip service about them being
