Cook and Cold (C/C) means that there is not a hot tank or hot water inside this C/C. This water cooler is perfect for someone that does not want the liability for someone getting burned or if you have children that help themselves to filtered pure drinking water. Room temperature water instead of Hot is good for cooking or watering plants.
